MISSION STATEMENT

MicroHoldings U.S., Inc. incorporated in 1998 in the State of Oklahoma. The company is a Public Holding Company positioned for new mergers or acquisitions. The company has currently signed letters of Intent to purchase two diverse companies. One is in the Technology field and the other in Performance and Pain management for everyone from Pro Athletes to the average person with chronic pain. MicroHoldings U.S. will continue to seek out new acquisition candidates with the intent to eventually create new public entities to bring value to MCHU shareholders.
